• 345 California Street - At the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District, this property includes a world-class hotel, as well as a substantial office component and ground floor retail uses.  We represented the developer of this property, which involved structuring and documenting an extremely complicated lease/equity transaction.  This transaction not only involved a major lease negotiation on behalf of the landlord, but the creation of a condominium structure for the building and a complicated purchase option arrangement to satisfy the parties’ tax needs.  We now assist the owner of this property in all aspects of its ownership of this premier property, including leasing and property management issues.

• Club One, Inc. - One of the leading designers, developers and operators of high-quality fitness and wellness centers, Club One is a successful San Francisco-based company with over 70 centers located in 8 states.  The Real Estate Group handles all the leasing transactions for all of the centers and provides assistance with Club One’s extensive corporate management contracts.

• Downtown Oakland Retail Leasing - Recognized as the “Retail Lease Transaction of the Year” by the San Francisco Business Times, our Real Estate Group represented the landlord in a ground floor retail lease of 10,000 square feet in downtown Oakland that symbolized the revitalization of a strong retail base in downtown Oakland.
