Farella Braun + Martel Adds Litigator Paul Alsdorf to White Collar Crime Practice

SAN FRANCISCO (September 17, 2007) - Farella Braun + Martel has added Paul A. Alsdorf as a litigation associate in the firm's White Collar Crime practice.

Alsdorf has experience representing companies and individuals during criminal antitrust proceedings, stock option backdating investigations and corporate internal investigations involving allegations of accounting improprieties and off-label pharmaceutical promotion.  He also has represented plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement actions.  Alsdorf joins Farella from Quinn Emanuel.

Alsdorf earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School (2005), where he served as an editor of the Journal of Law & Technology and executive director of the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Williams College (1999).
