Topics:
Important exemptions from hazardous waste control laws have recently expired.  Businesses, large and small, with trash as common as old computers, florescent light bulbs, and TV's may be subject to hazardous waste regulation. The seminar will address:

  • California's rules for "e-waste" and what your company needs to do to comply with them
  • Related computer disposal issues: Data "wiping," spoliation of evidence, and software license compliance
