Contract Disputes and Business Torts

We litigate and try contract disputes arising from business relationships.  We have represented hundreds of clients in contract disputes ranging from a client’s initial negotiations to its final performance.  Most business lawsuits include tort claims such as intentional or tortious interference, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and statutory claims such as RICO violations, and we represent clients – as plaintiffs and defendants – in these business tort cases as well.  Manufacturers, retailers, real estate and construction companies, and telecommunications and technology firms have benefited from our representation in contractually based lawsuits regarding product development, service, supply, and franchise agreements, distributor relationships, and consumer class actions.
