The Insurance Coverage Group acts as insurance coverage counsel for public and private owners, as well as developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and manufacturers.  We have expertise in obtaining coverage for construction defects suits involving homeowner associations or commercial property owners, and delay and overrun litigation between owners and contractors.  We have successfully resolved disputes under general liability, professional liability and errors and omissions (E&O) policies.  We specialize in the placement of owner-controlled insurance programs (OCIPs) and in litigating disputes arising out of such programs.  In the last five years, we have obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance coverage for numerous national class action claims for defective building products.
